We were moving into our newly rebuilt home and needed home and needed to have the NBN installed as quickly as possible as I was working from home in IT and two of my three children were studying for university online. After having been given the run around by our service provider along with a great deal of misinformation, we had been left despairing because "It can't happen, it should have been organized months in advance". info came out, assessed the situation, told us "No problem." and he and his colleague got us sorted that afternoon. No mess, no fuss, just done and done right. He was extremely courteous, highly professional and he knows his stuff. Couldn't ask for better.

Jim is the most genuine tradesmen I came across in this field! He not only communicates clearly before the job is confirmed, he also makes sure your job is done at your 100% satisfaction. He'll be describing his work as he does them. This lets you understand the problem crystal clear. He sometimes will do other small tweaks as good gesture too.
